Victim of Interstate 79 crash identified

KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. — The man who died in a crash Wednesday on Interstate 79 has been identified.

According to the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office, Michael L. Sipe, 39, of Hurricane, was driving a sports utility vehicle at the time of the crash when the vehicle rolled several times near Clendenin.

Sipe was ejected through the sunroof.
