WHEELING, W.Va. — A man accused of fatally shooting a person last year appeared in court Tuesday for a pretrial haring.
Jordan Davis’ trial will begin Monday.
Jordan Davis and his brother DeAndre Davis allegedly killed Admid Hinton in May 2017. Authorities arrested the brothers in October.
According to the Ohio County Circuit Court, the trial is expected to last a week.
