CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Kanawha County sheriff’s deputies are searching for a runaway juvenile.
Deputies said Isaiah Drake, 15, of Elkview, was last seen Aug. 20. He is described 5 feet eight inches tall, 190 pounds and with brown hair and blue eyes.
