MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — Three men are facing felony charges after they allegedly robbed a man who has been reported missing from his Maryland home.

26-year-old Joshua Paul Austin, 24 year-old Dylan Lee Yoders Jr., and 23-year-old Charles Calvin Ralston are all facing charges following the robbery reported around 4:47 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 13.

The suspects were accused of holding the victim down near the 300 block of Madigan Avenue while another held a knife to his throat. A third person went through his pockets and took his property.

The victim is classified with a special needs condition, last being reported missing and endangered from his home state of Maryland.

Austin is facing the same charges, but was additionally discovered to be a fugitive wanted on unrelated charges in Pennsylvania. He will be extradited at a later time, police said Friday.
