Second person charged in Marion County murder, additional arrests expected

FAIRMONT, W.Va. — A second person has been charged in a Tuesday murder near Pinchgut Hollow in Fairmont.

Russell Lee Kirk, 36, is charged with accessory before the fact, according to Sheriff Jimmy Riffle. Riffle said the charge carries the same penalty as murder — possible life in prison.

Riffle is expecting more arrests to follow, as detectives continue to investigate the scene of the murder. They are also awaiting results from the state Medical Examiner’s Office.

The victim, Luka Grabb, 32, was shot and killed by James Vincent, 29, who was arrested by Marion County Sheriff’s deputies Tuesday and charged with murder.
