Blue Parrot, Model Cleaners destroyed in early morning fire

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — A huge blaze swept through the Blue Parrot Cabaret and Model Cleaners on the Mileground, engulfing both buildings in flames early Sunday.

Brookhaven, Star City, Cool Springs, Westover, Granville and Morgantown fire crews were all on scene. The fire started at about 4 a.m. Sunday.

Both buildings were total losses.
