Dozen indicted in drug ring in Ohio County

WHEELING, W.Va. — Two drug ring indictments released by United States Attorney Bill Powell name a dozen people from Ohio and West Virginia.

The two indictments allege cocaine and heroin distribution operation that spanned both states, including the Wheeling area.

In the indictments, it includes a total of 37 counts of cocaine and heroin sales in Ohio County. The alleged sales took place sometimes near playgrounds, and properties used as drug distribution houses.

The list of names in the indictment includes four West Virginians. Andre Hager, 46, Tiffany Sells, 37, Michael J. Kennen, 35, and Amanda R. Kennen, 35, all of Wheeling, were named.
