Additional arrests made in major Bridgeport burglary

BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. — Two more people have been arrested in connection to a Bridgeprot burglary that resulted in the theft of more than $130,000 worth of property.

Police arrested William Christopher Murray, 28, of Worthington, and Misty Dawn Murray, 30, Friday in connection to the crime.

The two were picked up in Marion County with the assistance of Whitehall Police and the Marion County Sheriff’s Department.

Brandon Andrich, 27, was the first suspect arrested. Police said Andrich stole a World War I semiautomatic handgun, firearms, and a safe that he later rolled over a hill. The criminal complaint also suggests the suspects stole a 2019 Chevy Equinox valued at $36,000.

Additional arrests are still expected, according to a Bridgeport Police press release.
