Missing 15-year-old found safe in Monongalia County

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — Roger Schrout, a 15-year-old last seen by his mother on Thursday night has been found.

Schrout was found at a residence in Morgantown, according to the Monongalia County Sheriff Department’s Facebook page. Schrout is safe and his family has been notified, the post said.

Schrout was reported missing on Friday morning by his mother, Kelly, after he left her home at Independence Hills Village on Thursday night.
