Harrison County fugitive captured in Tyler County following pursuit

TYLER COUNTY, W.Va. — U.S. Marshals have captured a Harrison County Fugitive in Tyler County after a two-hour pursuit.

Travis Clyde Medina, 35, was arrested Thursday at around 10:30 a.m. near Mt Zion Church on Broad Run Road in Tyler County. Medina was captured following a vehicle pursuit that lasted more than two hours and involved six law enforcement agencies.

Medina was traveling on a side by side that is suspected to be stolen out of Harrison County.

Medina was wanted by the Harrison County Sheriff’s Department for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and DUI 3rd offense.

He will be investigated for additional charges following today’s events.
