Crews on scene of early morning fires in Harrison County

HARRISON COUNTY, W.Va. — Crews are on the scene of two separate early morning fires in Harrison County.

Harrison County 911 received a call of a structure fire on Brushy Fork Road shortly before 5 a.m. According to 911 officials, the fire was reported by the occupant who was safely out of the house.

At around 6:20 a.m., crews then responded to a small cabin fire off of Sycamore Street near Reynoldsville. The property reportedly had access problems.

According to 911 officials, a patient with minor burns and singed hair was to be checked by Harrison County EMS but left before their arrival.
