One dead in early morning Harrison County shooting

CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — A man is dead following an early Thursday morning shooting in Harrison County.

The shooting occurred just before 1:50 a.m. Thursday at a home along Broaddus Avenue in Clarksburg.

Clarksburg Police Chief Robbie Hilliard said officers are speaking with two individuals to gather information about the incident.

Clarksburg Police Department is not releasing additional information at this time.
