PRINCETON, W.Va. — A Mercer County judge sentenced a Tennesse man to six months in jail Wednesday after striking a Virginia Department of Transportation worker last year.

Mark Musselman will also be subject to a $1,000 fine for the incident.

Musselman injured Justin Dawson while driving on Interstate 77 near the East River Mountain Tunnel. According to authorities, Musselman drove onto the shoulder, pinning Dawson to a state department truck.
