Three Guys Before The Game – It Is Over (Episode 104)

In a span of 40 minutes, the most unique season in the history of WVU basketball came to a record setting ending. A team ranked 13th in the preseason polls finished with the most losses in school history.

The dream of a late-season resurrection and CBI championship ended instead with a record setting defeat. The Mountaineers 109-91 loss to Coastal Carolina established a new record for most points ever allowed by an opponent at the Coliseum.

A season mired in discipline problems which led to the dismissal of two players, also included the first half benching of WVU’s leading rebounder Derek Culver for tardiness.

Brad Howe, Nathan Adrian and Tony Caridi discuss the game and an off-season that is expected to include major roster moves.

Who stays? Who goes? What must happen for WVU to return to its winning ways? Those topics and more on episode 104 of Three Guys Before The Game.
