CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A Medicaid coverage provider is not renewing its managed care contract that is set to expire in June.

The state Department of Health and Human Resources announced the Bureau for Medical Services is working with West Virginia Family Health regarding the future of services for around 60,000 members.

West Virginia Family Health entered the Medicaid market five years ago. Chad Piper, the president of West Virginia Family Health, said they are working to make sure there are no disruptions.

The contract expires on June 30.
