GLEN MORGAN, W.Va. — A former West Virginia resident faces a felony charge, following a weekend collision between a car and an all-terrain vehicle.
Raleigh County Sheriff’s Department investigators said the incident happened Saturday on Sullivan Road in Glen Morgan.
Adam Donnell, 37, of Courtland, Alabama was charged with DUI causing death. He was arraigned on Sunday, and is being held at Southern Regional Jail on a $50,000 bond.
The victim’s identity has not been released.
