Marshall to face Florida Atlantic, Louisiana Tech on Friday next season

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. Conference USA revealed a portion of its 2019 football broadcast information, and with it, Marshall’s games against Florida Atlantic and Louisiana Tech have been moved to Friday dates.

Additionally, the start times for three other Saturday contests were revealed on Tuesday.

The Thundering Herd will now face FAU on Friday, Oct. 18 at 6:30 p.m. in Boca Raton, Florida, and host the Bulldogs on Friday, Nov. 15 at 7 p.m.

Additionally, Marshall will host Cincinnati on Saturday, Sept. 28 at 5 p.m. and Florida International on Saturday, Nov. 30 at noon. Marshall will travel to Middle Tennessee for a 3:30 p.m. kickoff on Saturday, Oct. 5.

The Thundering Herd also announced in February that its road contest with Boise State moved to Friday, Sept. 6 due to a national television opportunity.

The outlets carrying these games will be released by the league office at a later date.
