“The Marshals Service believes that Spencer could still be here in West Virginia,” C.I. Deputy with the U.S. Marshals, Jessica Bailes said. “However, he also has pretty good ties to New York and Virginia as well.”

Seawright Jr. was found dead in the early morning of April 6 on the 100 block of Maryland Ave in Charleston.

Spencer’s last known address was on that street at 110 Maryland Ave.

Spencer is a black male that is approximately 5’11 and weighs 275 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. U.S. Marshals also say he has a tattoo on his chest that reads “Ciana.”

Bailes said that Spencer has alias names of Gerard Strong and Gerard Hunter.

She urges anyone with information to contact the U.S. Marshals Office through the communications center at 1-800-336-0102 or through the US Marshals Tips app at www.usmarshals.gov/tips.

There is a cash reward for information leading directly to Spencer’s apprehension.
