One injured in Lewisburg shooting

LEWISBURG, W.Va. — One person was injured in a Friday evening shooting in Lewisburg.

It happened at around 6:40 p.m. at Dorie Miller Park. The person shot was at the park. Reports indicate police were looking for a vehicle in connection with the shooting.

The victim was rushed to a hospital.

Few details were released Friday night. Lewisburg police officers and Greenbrier County sheriff’s deputies were on the scene.
