CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Police have issued an arrest warrant for a Charleston man in connection with the July 4 shooting death of a city teenager.
Braheem Jamal Griffin, 25, is charged with first degree murder. Charleston Police Department detectives believe he shot and killed Tre Gibson, 19, in front of the city’s 2nd Avenue Center at about 11 o’clock Thursday night.
Griffin should be considered armed and dangerous, police said.
