Vehicle tied to Amber Alert spotted in Arizona

FAIRMONT, W.Va. — A vehicle tied to an Amber Alert issued Monday has been spotted in Arizona.

Investigators say the vehicle is tied to Arlie Edward Hetrick III, who is accused of abducting his 4-year-old daughter.

Gracelynn Schritchfield has not been seen since July 6. West Virginia State Police say Gracelynn is in “extreme danger.”

The two are believed to be in a gold 2001 Subaru Forester with a West Virginia license plate “1TH163.” The car may also have two cords securing the rear hatch door.

The vehicle was spotted on Interstate 40 near Holbrook, Arizona on Tuesday. The car was heading east.
