MONONGALIA COUNTY, W.Va. — Law enforcement officials in Monongalia and Preston counties are looking for a man wanted for burglary.

Warrants have been issued for Mark Hart. He has eluded authorities all week.

When Preston County deputies recognized him walking near Route 92, they attempted to make an arrest. Hart managed to escape the perimeter, stole a car in Arthurdale and fled to Monongalia County.
