Winter weather has made a return to the Mountain State this morning and higher elevations are seeing the biggest accumulation. Also a Huntington woman is indicted in a major elderly fraud scheme, the Superintendent of Fayette County schools will retire, and the House and Senate are now working on bills passed by the opposite chamber. State Health officials say there are no cases of COVID 19 in W.Va. and they are following CDC guidelines.
