We’re up to 76 Corona virus cases in West Virginia, a rate which continues to climb as expected–but state Coronavirus Czar Dr. Clay Marsh sees reason for optimism in West Virginia if we keep practicing what has been happening. The virus is taking a toll other ways with more than 42,000 West Virginians filing for unemployment and employment closures extended. Also a fatal fire in Preston County and an Elkins police officer shot on duty. In sports, cautious optimism the state basketball tournaments could still happen.
