How is he an idiot? He’s coaching the same way he always has…WITH EVERY OUNCE OF HIS SOUL! Bob Huggins is a competitor and just because he doesn’t allow people to walk all over him he gets a bad deal. If a player gave me the middle finger like Staten did he would be off the team forever. He’s lucky Huggs let him play again. There are 3 people on that team who really care…Henderson, Harris and Norean. And if you watch the games…its shows. And just because you’re on National TV doesn’t mean you change who you are. Get over yourself and go watch somebody else because i’m sick of you fair weather only love em when their winning fans.

You can only play who you have. Huggs will be the first to tell you he didn’s see this season turning out like this. Heck nobody saw it like this! His attire and yelling during the games is a non issue when it comes to Wins and Losses. If i were him i would’ve had another heart attack by now. Yes i agree that he is responsible to a point but he cant make the shots for these guys. Most of them have poor attitudes and their work ethic sucks. There’s a few of them that think they are NBA material and they arent even close to scratching the surface. I honestly think WVU will make this a game if we can capitalize on some turnovers. Kansas is a different animal and it takes your best to beat the best. Lets Go EERS!!!

I just hope we don’t get embarassed on national tv. Wouldn’t it be nice to shoot at least 35% from the field and play defense. And only if our bigs would show up and contribute.

WVU will have to play its best game of the season tonight, but given their established tendencies of a mediocre inside game, inconsistent shooting, defense, and on-court awareness and communication, I am dubious about the prospect of victory against a very good Kansas team.
And a coach’s attire doesn’t make a dadgum difference; it’s about how you play the game.

You hit it right on the head Tony , I cannot remember Huggs missing one 3-pointer or making 1 bad pass all season or giving up easy layups … This team seems to give 50% in a game that requires 100% , there are 2-3 that seem to give effort the rest are just glorified pine warmers …JUST MY TAKE !

this lot will get what every other player has gotten that plays the game. his work will equal his success. there is some myth that you can slunk your way to the nba. if you look the 1st 15 min, we can defend. when the 2-3 came and things went bad, we stopped defending. we have the will power and inner strength of a flea at this point. if we are going to win any games in any league in major college basketball, we will win because of effort of the players. there is no where where half steppin works..the job market, school, all sports. i think its very clear from Huggs that those who half-step will not be coming back next year. do we need to spell it out? we’re looking for some men here to rise out the pack and leave this childish lack of fortitude behind.
