Attorney General Patrick Morrisey says the Attorney General’s Office will have a new policy when it comes to self promotional items, including advertising.
He’ll detail that policy on Monday afternoon at the State Capitol.
Morrisey will also be talking then about ethics reform legislation that he plans to recommend to the Legislature.
“I am looking forward to making what will be a very important announcement for both our office and the State of West Virginia as a whole,” Attorney General Morrisey said in a statement.
“This is just the first step in our commitment to comprehensive ethics reform in West Virginia.”
The 2013 Regular Legislative Session begins Wednesday at the State Capitol.

We can only hope it is something substantial as far as ethics reforms. Currently every statewide politician runs the elected office they hold like it is a personal fiefdom.
