Cabell County sheriff’s deputies are searching for a man they believe stole more than $30,000 worth of tools and other materials.
Deputies say Justin Brafford, of Hurricane, broke into several trucks, in particular trucks with tool boxes attached to the truck bed, parked at hotels in the Huntington area in the last month.
According to officers, Brafford has an extensive criminal history that includes drug trafficking in Tennessee, grand larceny, fleeing, obstructing and was caught back in August in Cabell County for allegedly stealing a generator.
Brafford is six feet tall, with a buzzed haircut and weighs 225 pounds. Many of the items stolen were found at local pawn shops and also his residence in Hurricane.
Anyone with information regarding Brafford’s whereabouts is asked to call 911.
Both Cabell County sheriff’s deputies and U.S. Marshals are involved in the investigation.

Prime example of our great legal system. With his past why is the pos still on the streets to begin with. If he were behind bars for all the other crap he has already done we would know where he was at and this theft wouldn't have happened. Thank you legal system you serve us well.
