WVU sweeps Kansas, climbs to first place in the Big 12

Nearing the midway point of the Big 12 Conference baseball season, the Mountaineers have climbed to the top of the league after a weekend sweep of the Kansas Jayhawks. Wetherholt returns, sparks rally as WVU posts 11-10 win at Kansas

For the first time in six weeks and 24 games, Randy Mazey was able to write JJ Wetherholt’s name on a lineup card. Notebook: Mountaineers prepare to move forward without Frazier; spring practice has added importance for Anderson

West Virginia will be without the pillar of its offensive line each of the last four seasons in center Zach Frazier, who is preparing to begin his journey in the NFL. Offensive coordinator Chad Scott says while there is no replacing Frazier, past experience at center is beneficial to Brandon Yates, who is taking on that role.
