A Fayette County bus driver is accused of having sex with a teenager on his bus route.
A 14 year old girl has come forward claiming she had sex with Steven “Rick” Malay, 54, of Fayetteville at her home in Oak Hill.
Troopers have charged Malay with two counts of third degree sexual assault, and two counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, or custodian.
State police say Malay admitted to going to the girl’s home late at night, on two different occasions, but he denies having any type of sexual contact.
According to troopers, Malay has been the alleged victim’s bus driver for five years.
Malay is free on bond.
