A CMT and AMA Artist of the Year is coming to The Greenbrier this summer.

Country music superstar Kenny Chesney is scheduled to headline The Greenbrier Classic Concert Series with a 4th of July performance.

Chesney, a four-time CMA Entertainer of the Year and a four-time ACM Entertainer of the Year, will continue the Classic Concert Series’ tradition of featuring at least one top country act.

Chesney’s Greenbrier visit will be part of his “No Shoes Nation” tour which starts March 16.

The concert falls between announced tour stops in Columbus, Ohio’s Crew Stadium June 29 and the Cavendish Beach Music Festival on Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, July 6.

This summers Concert Series will be staged in conjunction with The Greenbrier Classic PGA TOUR golf tournament at the resort.

The Greenbrier team is reportedly in contact with Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber and Bruce Springsteen as possible additions to the Classic Concert Series, that may include only two concerts instead of the usual three.

The golf tournament is slated for July 4-7, with preliminary activities beginning July 1. For additional tournament information, visit www.greenbrierclassic.com.

Admission to the tournament and the concerts, plus parking, is tied to the weekly grounds badge. Badges can now be purchased online at www.greenbrier.shopping.com or by calling 304-536-5322.

FYI - Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia are two completely separate provinces. Cavendish is located on PEI.
