The problem that WV has is this.We can compete on the field and the court,be we can’t ccompete with the Money of The Big 12.Just to give a stat.Columbus,Ohio has more people than we do in the entire State.We have some Big Money people here,but not enough of them.Oliver better understand this,because very soon he will find out.

GregG – What you need to rememeber is that the money donors give to the school is given freely and by choice, it is not forcefully taken from our paychecks so others can see the game. In fact, the money given is used to improve the product that others, even those that give nothing, can enjoy.

Your right Randy, it’s a sign of the times. But I bet if you ask any of these “people” that can afford to donate $10-$25,000 if they support ending the Bush tax they would scream at the top of their lungs. Cut SS, Medicare, medicaid vet benefits, just don’t touch the rich.

How can you raise the price of the donation when you just gave huggs a big raise just because we are now in the b12.

I don’t think he was going to go anywhere. You just started this year for parking also. As a longtime supporter I am going to give it alot of thought whether I buy season tickets again.

Folks, I am originally from WV and remain a big fan. I now live in Michigan and Michigan just did the same thing. No, it is not fair, but let’s face it college athletics is Bib Business EVERYWHERE. This is the game today. If the salaries continue to inflate and facility build out continues then the university has no other choice. I am a huge college football and basketball fan, but I am starting to believe that this will have no end. You have to make the choice. WVU has no choice if they want to win and yes that is what you want WVU to do also. You can be disappointed, as you should, but you need to realize it is another sign of the times.

Oliver let me give a Little Tip.The Product you are trying upsale on is Basketball.Which is not doing very well at The Moment.Which has slipped alot in The Last 2 years.So if i was you i would hold up a little on your Sales Job.People in West Virginia are Very Loyal,but they are not Real Stupid.You better be careful here.But i don’t expect you to Listen.Once you see the Botton line you will realize how uninformed you were.

I am looking to retire near Morgantown because I wanted to spend my free time watching WVU football and basketball games. I figured I would have to spend about 10k on each sport as a season ticketholder. I planned for this and can afford it, but now I wonder if I can afford 50k for both sports. Wow what a bill.
