A 19 year old man is heading to prison for his involvement in the 2011 death of a Bluefield teen.

Judge Omar Aboulhosn’s sentenced Jacob Thomas to 15 years for manslaughter, 1-10 years for burglary and 1-5 years for conspiracy Tuesday.

Thomas was a juvenile at the time of the January 2011 shooting death of Matthew Flack, 17, inside the teens Magnolia Street home.

Three other people were sentenced in Flack’s murder. His cousin Brandon Flack and Jasmen Montgomery were both sentenced to life in prison while Joseph Flack, another relative, was sentenced to 15 years behind bars for voluntary manslaughter.
