The Mountaineers picked up their 12th verbal commitment in the 2013 recruiting class in running back Jacky Marcellus. He becomes the third running back in the class.
The Immokalee, Florida native is a 3-star recruit by Scout.com. The 5-foot-9 athlete is known for his speed and had offers from Appalachian State, Ball State, Cincinnati, UConn, Florida Atlantic, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Northern Illinois, Rutgers and Vanderbilt.
