The list of preferred walk-ons with WVU out of the 2013 recruiting class continues to come together, including Parkersburg lineman D.J. Carozza.
He stands in at 6-foot-1, 290 pounds. He can bench press 360 pounds, squat 460, dead-lift 565, and clean 275. Carozza had scholarship opportunities to play elsewhere, but chose to walk-on with the Mountaineers.
You can watch a highlight video of him below.

Great! That's all we need. Another Parkersburg lineman who thinks he can play with the big boys. Hopefully DH learned from the last big red to suit up for WVU.

Dave-You must be a Herd. Some really good players have worked their way to WV scholarships over the years thru this opportunity. Why not wish all these kids the best?

DH realizes the value of having native Mountaineers on the staff and roster. Who better to fire up the troops before a big game? Good job Dana. Keep it up.

Awesome! We need more young men like this in WV to take that stand and go as a walk-on and prove these young men have what it takes. I would like to see at least 10 young men every year walk-on at WVU. We must have young men like this that will stand up against any odds and do what they can to support the States best University.
