WVWho – I agree with you completely! I blame Huggs on both the recruitment AND the coaching front. He spent 1 year at Kansas State and reeled in Beasley…where’s our Beasley?!?! And when he does bring in some talent that obviously knows how to score before they arrive, he beats their confidence down in the dirt so far that they can’t score here. I know defense and rebounding are important, but they shouldn’t be the only focus. I miss Beilein!!!

Maybe Huggs can get a hold of Coach Beilein and get some players since that seems to be the players Huggins won with.

Huggs recruits these kids that don’t have chemistry. There won’t be 5-7 kids doing well as a team because they play with their rears so tight one mistake and they are out. He’s an old school coach trying to reach a new school world and he’s not succeeding and the results are on paper.

I am convinced that Coach Huggins is losing his mind. Oliver Luck needs to have a talk with him concerning his open ridicule and abuse of players. It just doesn’t look good and it can’t help the psyche of players who appear somewhat timid already.

Huggs has said numerous times this season about the team not listening and being out-toughed. Looks to me like they have tuned him out. Thats an easy fix coach. SIT THEM. Nothing gets a players attention more than a seat on the bench and if they pout and moan, get rid of them because they are selfish and of no use in a team game.Most people would rather see players who may have less talent, but give every ounce of ability and mental toughness play and get beat , rather than players with ability just go through the motions and shrug off mistakes.
This team has no chemistry at all. To get it, Huggs needs to find 5 – 7 guys that try hard listen and want to do well, rather than maybe the most talented guys. If we are going to get beat, get beat by players who give it their all.
This sure doesnt look like a Bob Huggins team, but i do feel he will fix it. He hasnt become the coach he is by letting bad situations linger
