All that’s left standing following a church building fire Sunday in Raleigh County is a statue of a lighthouse.
The building housing the Gospel Truth Lighthouse Church in Sophia burned to the ground. It appears a space heater may have started the fire. There were no injuries.
Seven fire departments and 45 firefighters were on the scene.
