Two are dead after a single car accident in Lewisburg.
The accident happened around 12:30 p.m. Monday on Stonehouse Road.
Troopers said an adult female in her 50′s and a 3 year old female were killed when their vehicle hit a tree and caught on fire. The woman died on impact, but the child passed away later at the hospital.
Two others were airlifted to a Roanoke hospital with serious injuries, but troopers said they were in stable condition.
Another person was transported to Greenbrier Valley Medical Center.
Troopers believe speed was a factor, but the investigation is ongoing.
