Two Wellsburg men have been indicted on charges they allegedly delivered heroin that caused the death of another man.

Curtis Adams, 28, and Justin Withers, 28, were indicted Monday by a federal grand jury for distribution of heroin and other charges.

According to officials, the two men allegedly traveled to Steubenville, OH to retrieve the heroin and then bring it back to Brooke County to distribute it to the victim. The victims later died on March 2011.

Both men face up to life in prison on the distribution charge. They are scheduled to be arraigned on Friday.

This state is plagued with drugs, yet our government tries to hide it like everything is wild and wonderful. Throw out one drug raid a month to feed the sheep.
