Ravenswood quarterback Cole Starcher was a big difference in the game for the Red Devils as they knocked off Bluefield 24-19 Friday night in the semifinals of the state playoffs. Starcher finished with 184 rushing yards and one touchdown along with another 83 yards through the air. That touchdown came on a 68 yard scamper.
