Pat White Will Not Attend Free Agent Camp In Orlando

Former West Virginia quarterback Pat White will not attend a Canadian Football League free agent camp in Orlando next week, a source close to the situation said today.

White, who was placed on the Toronto Argonauts’ negotiation list several weeks ago, was not expected to attend.

The camp will take place from Wednesday, April 27th, to Friday, April 29th. West Virginia’s Blue-Gold scrimmage and Old Timers game — featuring hundreds of past Mountaineers — will also be on the 29th. White has been placed on the tentative roster for the Old Timers game as part of the Gold team.

Before being picked up on the Argonauts’ negotiation list, White was dropped from the negotiation list for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. According to a source close to the franchise, White wanted more money than Winnipeg was willing to give.
