UConn’s Coombs-McDaniel To Transfer

At least UConn’s Jamal Coombs-McDaniel is going to leave the Huskies with a National Championship. On Thursday, UConn announced that Coombs-McDaniel is allowed to talk to other schools about transferring.

The 6-foot-7 forward had an up and down career at UConn. On April 21st, Coombs-McDaniel was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. The former UConn forward went to court on Thursday and his case will be continued on May 19th.

Last season, Coombs-McDaniel averaged 5.6 points per game. To read more about this story click here.
