Two Herd Players Headed To UC

Two former Marshall walk ons will be playing basketball next season for the University of Charleston. Xavier Humphrey and Noah Fischer will travel to the capital city to continue their college careers. UC head coach Mark Downey says he’s excited to have both of them on his team.

"What I am really excited about with these individuals is the level of character. Each of these young men come from great families and will represent our program in a first class manner. Each one of them has worked extremely hard in the classroom and we will never have to worry about them off the floor. This is a great start to this year’s recruiting class!" stated Coach Downey on the school’s official website.

UC also added former Radford player Evan Faulkner. Read more about this story at the University’s official website.
