The transformation of the Greenbrier Resort is nearing completion. The Old White Course at The Greenbrier is in its final days of preparation for the 2011 Greenbrier Classic.
The PGA Tour FedEx Cup Series event begins July 25 with a Pro Am and practices rounds for the golfers. Some of the notable participants who have committed to this year’s classic include defending champion Stuart Appleby, fan favorites John Daly, Phil Mickelson, Sergio Garcia, Boo Weekley and many more.
The Greenbrier Classic will also feature a three part concert series with Luke Bryan, Tim McGraw, The Black Eyed Peas, Miranda Lambert and Keith Urban. Passes for the tournament and the concerts can be purchased at http://www.greenbrierclassic.com.
