Shepherd Climbs To No. 7 In AFCA Poll

With an upset of a top-10 team during week two, Shepherd’s 45-7 win over St. Joseph’s propelled the team to the No. 7 spot in the latest AFCA Division II Coaches’ Poll.

The Rams were led by Tommy Addison’s three touchdowns in the victory.

Shepherd returns to action Saturday when the team hosts Seton Hill in the WVIAC opener in a 12 p.m. kick-off.

Minnesota-Duluth retained the top spot while Northwest Missouri and Abilene Christian rounded out the top three.
