Ebanks Starts In LA’s Playoff Win

The LA Lakers cruised to a 103-88 win over Denver on Sunday afternoon in the first round of the NBA playoffs.  Former Mountaineer Devin Ebanks got the start with Metta World Peace serving part of his suspension.  Overall, Ebanks scored 12 points on 5 of 6 shooting and grabbed five rebounds in 19 minutes of action.  Kobe Bryant led LA with 31 points.

Game two in the best of seven series is set for Tuesday night.  Metta World Peace still has six games left of his suspension.
