10:06am: Talkline with Hoppy Kercheval

Sportsline: Conference Realignment

On Wednesday’s MetroNews Statewide Sportsline, Clemson writer for TigerNet.com David Hood was a guest on the show, talking about the Tigers’ scheduled Board of Trustees meeting set for Thursday.  His speculation when it comes to whether or not Clemson would ultimately wind up in the Big 12?

"My gut feeling says that when talking to the athletic director (at Clemson) and him talking about not wanting to be left out when it comes to a playoff, my gut feeling is that yeah eventually Clemson is going to go and I think Florida State will to," Hood said.

Chris Level of RedRaiderSports.com was a guest on the show as well.  He said regardless of whether the Big 12 expands or not, it’s a win-win situation for the league.

"It’s all good," Level said.  "If you do nothing, it’s great.  If you take whoever you want, it’s great.  You’re making a lot more money and everything feels a lot better this go-around."
