Three dead in Logan County crash

CHAPMANVILLE, W.Va. — Three people were killed in a two-vehicle crash on state Route 10 in Logan Thursday morning.

State Police said the accident occurred near Chapmanville. Investigators say Eddie Mullins, 27, of Chapanville, went left of center and crashed into another car. Two passengers in Mullins’ vehicle were killed, Terry Fowler, 39, of Chapmanville, and Michael Johnson, 38, of Harts.

Also injured in the accident was the driver of the second vehicle, DeWanna Dalton, 45, of Harts. She was flown to the hospital with serious injuries.

No word on what caused the accident. State Police are investigating.
