BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. — A Harrison County mother is charged with child neglect after allegedly exposing her two children to drugs.

State Police arrested Brittany Marie Jones, 24, of Bridgeport, this week on four felony counts of child neglect creating the risk of injury.

Troopers said Jones gave birth to a baby who had drugs in her system back in May and had been regularly taking her infant child and her five-year old with her when she bought and used drugs.

Jones was arraigned in Harrison County Magistrate Court and released on a $16,000 cash or surety bond.
