Boone County police investigating fatal crash

RACINE, W.Va. — A crash killed a Marmet teenager Friday night and Boone County police were investigating.

Zachary Davis, 19, was killed when a car he was riding in crashed on Route 94. A neighbor there said crashes on the road are “too common.”

The driver, Alisha Bentley of Bloomingrose, lost control of her car and struck a cliff, police said. She sustained serious injuries and was taken to CAMC General.
