Dungy to speak at FCA banquet

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Former Indianapolis Colts coach and NBC analyst Tony Dungy will be the guest of honor at a Fellowship of Christian Athletes banquet Wednesday at the Charleston Civic Center.

The Super Bowl winning Dungy has been active with the FCA for many years and is a devout Christian. Marshall coach Bob Pruett, retired West Virginia coach Don Nehlen and Les Steckel, former Viking’s coach and FCA president are expected to be in attendance.

The banquet will serve as the West Virginia FCA’s biggest fundraiser. Dungy spoke in 2006 in Beckley at the Southern West Virginia Fellowship of Christian Athletes Home Team Banquet.
